USDA Rural Development Home Loans


Did you know that more than 2.5 million families have obtained more than $97 billion in loans and loan guarantees from USDA Rural Development?  For lower income borrowers in rural areas, these loans are considered among the best.  While there is no minimum credit score required, satisfactory credit is a must -- a credit history that indicates reasonable ability and willingness to meet debt obligations.  Typically these loans are used to buy a home, for home construction and home repair.
