Dave Leonard
Dave began his real estate career in 1980 and, with pardonable pride, his 29+ years in the real estate "service" business have brought him the respect of his peers, the loyalty of past customers and clients, and the honors that go along with his ranking among the top one per cent of all Realtors® nationwide. An associate broker, he's been affiliated with RE/MAX for 19 years and during that time has sold over 200 million dollars worth of residential property.

Dave is past president of the Howard County Million Dollar Club. He was a founding member and officer in the Howard County Masters' Club-A service organization comprised of the top Realtors® in the region. His RE/MAX awards include membership in the "Hall of Fame" and he's been a five-time recipient of the elite Platinum Club Award.
When not attending to business, he can, at times, be found on the golf links (and has served as chairman of the Golf Committee at Hobbits Glen Golf Club for the past 5 years). Dave has been active in civic affairs including having served on his local village board.

Teri Deane
Teri comes from a family tradition of real estate professionals, investors, and builders. With years of observation, interaction and training, Teri is well qualified to help you through every aspect of your real estate transaction. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hard work are the hallmarks of her work ethic. Before entering the real estate field, Teri worked in public relations, marketing, event planning and desktop publishing. She brings to each client innovative marketing techniques as well as market knowledge and a strong committment to client care. Smooth and stress-free transactions are her hallmark.
A seventeen-year resident of Maryland with children in the Howard County school system, Teri has a wealth of information at her fingertips for families relocating to this area. Having been involved in many home improvement projects, she is well equipped to advise clients in all aspects of home updates and renovations including access to her database of service contractors.
She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), is certified in Workforce Housing (WHC), is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). She is a 2007 & 2008 RE/MAX Executive Club member and is a member of the Howard County Real Estate Million Dollar Club. In addition, Teri is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Maryland Association of Realtors® (MAR) and the Howard County Association of Realtors® (HCAR) where she is on the Board of Directors (2009 - 2011) and was on the Realtor Political Action Committee (2009). Teri promotes affordable housing through the League of Maryland Homeowners and is authorized by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to teach Credit Smart.
